Guainía, the Amazonian jewel of eastern Colombia
Venture into one of Colombia’s most magical and least explored territories: Guainía, land of colorful rivers, ancient hills, and ancestral Indigenous cultures. This destination is ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, spiritual connection, and meaningful adventure.
Tour highlights:
Mavicure Hills: Sacred emblems of the region, these majestic tepuis welcome you into the Guainía jungle. The climb offers unforgettable views from the Dugjin viewpoint.
Caño San Joaquín: Crystal-clear reddish waters, perfect for a refreshing swim in the middle of the rainforest.
Inírida River Star: A natural spectacle where three mighty rivers—Guaviare, Atabapo, and Inírida—merge, creating a unique mosaic of colors.
Indigenous communities: Live and share with the Puinave, Piapoco, and Curripaco peoples, discovering their culture, traditions, ancestral medicine, and sustainable ways of life.
Curiara navigation: Travel the rivers aboard traditional boats, connecting each location with authenticity and respect for the land.
